Finding Calm and Peace in the Chaos

There are several moments in our lives and throughout each day, where we are given a choice to decide how we will proceed and react to certain circumstances and events. I have been through several circumstances that has dropped me to my knees, where I forgive and forget, and at times where the hate and anger or sadness runs so deep that I can’t control my mind, thoughts, and emotions.
I have come to learn that when I feel the deep resentment and anger or sadness, the best place for me to find my calm and peace is with the higher power.
The hurt and pain we feel that has been inflicted upon us from others, we can choose to reciprocate those harsh realities back onto them but we can also choose to make peace with our mind and heart. I truly believe that what they do onto others shall return to them on their own. We do not need to put ourselves in a continued cycle with them nor should we use up our precious energy and time for those who wants us to fail and fall.
When I let go from the things and people who has hurt me, I am choosing to free myself from the chains of repeated cycles and karma with them.
The world and life can be harsh and chaotic, but without chaos we wouldn’t know what calm and peace is. We do not have any control over others or what is to come but what we do have control over, is our mind and our thoughts. When life gets too hard, I place my mind and heart with the higher power to guide me on a righteous and peaceful path and to embrace my wounds to continue to heal. Sometimes it can take just once for it to go away and other times, it can be a continued practice to maintenance the peace within.
What ever you do, whichever way you choose, if you continue to choose to do good and find peace, your life will be filled with more of it.
The Ending of Repeated Cycles

The struggles are real but it doesn’t have to last forever.
How many times have I planned, started, created, deleted, and repeated?
The times are countless and it’s truly saddening to know that sometimes one excitement leads to a beautiful creation only to be dumped into the trash bin or placed back into a storage box to collect dust. I have no count on how many times I have done these repeated cycles and I am quite sure I am not the only one that has done this or feel this way. But I think I get the gist of why sometimes these things happen the way they do. Perhaps the reason why these repeated cycles keep happening is because it hasn’t quite gotten to it’s polished potential yet and maybe if you truly and deeply love it and want it enough, it keeps coming back for you to refine again and again until it’s ready. But sometimes, the hard truth could also be that the lessons haven’t been learnt yet too. Obviously, I try to look at it on the bright side but I think when it happens, you’ll know which route it’s meant to be.
After each failed attempt, when I get back up to try again, it gets better and better each time.
So, all in all, I have been contemplating for the past several years about what vinny inspirations mean to me, what it’s meant to really become, and I believe I have found the answer.
Vinny inspirations will be a space to share my thoughts, joys, and sorrows. A space to just express myself and my creative outlet at my own pace. It just feels so right. Everything that has happened, happened so that it can lead me up to this point to find it’s purpose.
I believe that repeated cycles of failures can end either once it has been refined and polished, feel confident of the outcome/decision, or until one ends their habit of repeating. It is hard, but it is not impossible. So, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but for some of us it may take longer or it may require more work to get there.
